Hero Arts Mermaid Stamp & Cut Card

I made this card for the monthly A Blog named Hero May Shape it Up Challenge. I used the oval from Hero Arts Reef Border & Fancy Frame to cut white cardstock. Then I blended the three colors of ink and wet the Hero Arts Mermaid Sea Waves and placed it on top of the oval and waited for the ink to faded where the stencil was. I die cut the reef border and the mermaid in  white and colored it with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol using a stump. I popped up the reef border with double sided foam tape. I stamped my sentiment from Hero Arts Sea You and added iridescent gems to finish the card. Here is the link to the A Blog Named Hero Challenge:
