Hero Arts Love Stamp & Cut Card
I made this card for Color Throwdown # 627. We had to use pale pink, blue and grey. I decided to do a Bokeh technique card as it was the easiest to incorporate the three colors. I used applied the three colors randomly on white cardstock. The I used a handmade circle acetate stencil and applied white pigment ink in a random pattern on the background and I also overlapped some of the circles. For the sentiment I stamped in charcoal on blue cardstock. I die cut the heart twice so just to show the just the outline and I finished the card with a tied white ribbon. I also entered this card in the Sisterhood of Crafters Create your Own Background Challenge.
To make this card I used:
Stamps: Hero Arts Love Stamp & Die and Sunny Studios Banner Basics
Paper: Neenah #110 Crest Solar White Cardstock, CTMH Charcoal and Pixie Pink Cardstock and Hero Arts Mist Cardstock
Ink: Spun Sugar, Tumbled Glass and Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and CTMH Daisy White Pigment Ink
Accessories: Hero Arts Infinity Nesting Hearts Dies, Handmade Circle Acetate Stencil, Cut Up Round Sponge, CTMH White Ribbon, 1/8 in" Scor Tape and Scotch 1/2 in. Double Sided Foam Tape
Whoever receives this card is going to be thrilled! Thank you for joining us this week at the Color Throwdown challenge.
